Diving into Savvy Records' thirty-sixth offering, one is immediately enveloped by the sounds of "Kogarashi" from Chile's subterranean talent, Etro Hahn. The kick-off with the namesake track plunges listeners into a micro-house landscape, replete with raw, heart-tugging chord sequences and enigmatic vocal snippets from the Land of the Rising Sun. Yet, "Alupit" truly crystallizes the intricate dance between disparate sonic worlds.
